Found KF Auto Group on Facebook Marketplace and their professional photos made me feel confident that checking out the vehicle would be worthwhile. The vehicle was clean and in good shape and the guys even dropped off and picked it up from the inspection spot that I picked. The price was very fair and they were easy to schedule and work with. Kei was very responsive and shared any information he had with me during the process. They were cleaning the car again when I arrived to purchase it which was a really nice touch! Highly recommend.

Great experience thru the whole process of purchasing a vehicle from this group/owner. Communication was very professional and really enjoyed not being pressured into any situation while thinking about the purchase on a vehicle. Would definitely reach out in the future for the next purchase. Another big thing I was pleased with is not being overwhelmed in fees at end of purchase. I reached out to quite a few places before meeting k and f auto group and there fees alone seemed very inflated between taxes and doc fees and stuff I’ve never heard of. . One last final comment is they didn’t over price the vehicles they stayed in a good range in blue book value with a full report. They hit the correct range based on the condition of the vehicle and mileage which was almost perfect condition and low mileage.

I unfortunately fell victim to a hit-and-run, but this team turned a stressful situation into a smooth, easy process. They were absolutely wonderful—super helpful, transparent about what I needed, and incredibly efficient. The best auto repair shop I’ve ever dealt with!
I stopped by the shop to get my license plate installed, and they were incredibly kind and respectful. They installed the plate quickly and professionally, and they refused to accept any payment for the service—even though I insisted on paying.
It’s rare to find this level of honesty and generosity these days. I highly recommend them for any repair or maintenance work—they clearly care not only about the quality of their work but also about their customers.
